Welcome
The Ferndale Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction. The municipal court judge is authorized by Washington State statute to preside over the following types of cases: non-traffic infractions, traffic infractions, criminal misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors. The court schedules arraignments, pre-trial hearings, non-jury and jury trials, sentencing, reviews, etc. The court supervises related services including legal representation for indigent persons, probation, and interpreter services.
COURT OFFICES:
Our offices are located inside the Ferndale Police Department building at 2220 Main Street.
We are open 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
There is a secure drop box inside the front door to drop off payments and courts paperwork during business hours.
LOCATION OF COURTROOM:
Court hearings are held at the Ferndale Municipal Courtrooom, 5694 2nd Avenue.
