COURT PAYMENTS
Payments are accepted at Ferndale City Hall, 2095 Main St., between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Payments are also accepted by mail.
There is a payment drop box located in the parking lot of City Hall if you would prefer to drop off your payment after hours. Please write your case number on your check or money order. DO NOT pay with cash if using the drop box.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
The court accepts cash, credit/debit card, check, or money order.
Credit card payments may also be made over the phone by calling 360-384-2827 and asking for the Finance Clerk
TIME PAYMENTS
At the time of sentencing, you can pay your fine/penalty in full, or request time to pay. If you request time to pay, you will be required to pay your fine in full to the court within 30 days. If you are unable to pay your fine in full within 30 days, you can make time payment arrangements with Signal Credit Management Services. The court has a Signal Time Payment Application available at City Hall, Finance Dept., during normal business hours or you can click here to download the .pdf form.
